Hugo

Hugo is our Customer Satisfaction Manager. He has been with us for a little over three years and has played many important roles in that short time. His first role was Showroom Security and was often found searching for chewable contraband in any unattended handbags.
Unfortunately he was recently demoted from his self appointed position of Firewood Taster.

He is a lovable big softie and can be found soaking up the warmth in front of one of the many fires in the showroom, and loves belly rubs.

Together, Hugo, Kelly and the Team have created a business where every customer is treated like family, and every project is completed with care and precision. Whether it’s choosing the perfect stove, enjoying a chat with Kelly and Hugo, or having Sam or Sam G bring your vision to life, you’ll always leave with a warm heart and a cozy home.

The Team

At Oxfordshire Stoves & Interiors, our dedicated team takes pride in delivering every purchase and project with professionalism, precision, and care, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

The team has two amazing installers, Sam and Sam G, who ensure every job is carried out to perfection.

Sam, the companies certified Hetas installer is the ultimate professional, going the extra mile for customers to ensure every installation is not only safe but perfectly tailored to the space. Outside of work, Sam enjoys CrossFit and spending time with his family &  beloved wire hair fox terriers. Excitingly, Sam is also on the cusp of a new chapter—he’s expecting his first baby any day now!

Nicola is a passionate local interior designer who collaborates with Oxfordshire Stoves & Interiors to bring warmth and style to every home. She carefully selects interior accessories to dress the showroom, showcasing inspiring collections for customers to explore for their own spaces.

Nicola provides personalised support and guidance to help clients achieve their interior design goals and bring their vision to life. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and embarking on adventures with her husband, son and their crazy puppy.

You will see Oana in our showroom on Saturdays.
She has recently joined the team to help and guide customers with their stove and interior needs. When Oana isn’t at work, she’s busy planning her next escape to Italy, hitting the gym at David Lloyd, scheming ways to adopt all the kittens, and pestering Kelly with one burning question: why isn’t Hugo around on Saturdays?

Charley is our social media manager and content creator, helping keep us on the map. When Charley isn’t with us, she is helping other small businesses navigate the world of socials, as well as running her baking business.
